South Cowichan · house calls only
Neat Feet is nursing foot care — not a pedicure. Meghan Campbell, RN, comes to your home, takes the time the nails actually need, and leaves you clearer about what to watch.

The work
Most visits are ordinary maintenance that has become hard to do alone. A few are the moment we say: this needs someone else.
Read the servicesTrimmed, filed, and thinned when they have grown too thick to manage safely at home.
Corns and calluses reduced. Dry heels softened. Nothing left sharp against a shoe.
A quieter, more thorough visit when sensation, circulation, or healing is a concern.
What to watch, what to wear, and what not to soak, cut, or ignore until next time.

Shoes off, good light, a towel under your feet. History first, then nails and skin.
03
Nothing cosmetic. No polish. A clear note of what was done and when to come back.

Why it is nursing
A salon can paint a toenail. It should not be the one deciding whether a thick nail, a corn over a bony joint, or a numb foot is safe to leave. That is the nursing part: what we treat, what we leave, and when we send you on.
Private pay. No packages, no membership. Missed visits inside 24 hours are charged in full.
First visit, at home
About 60 minutes. Health history, a full look at both feet, and treatment the same day.
$95
Return visit, at home
45–60 minutes. For people already on the books. Nail, skin, and a check of anything new.

“I had stopped cutting my own nails after a bad nick. She was unhurried, and I could actually get my shoe on afterward.”
“My dad will not go to a clinic. Having someone come to the house, explain what she was seeing, and not rush him — that mattered.”
“I am on my feet at work all week. This is not a pedicure. It is the first time my heels have not split by Friday.”
